KITA Support Services

About Me.
Hi, my name is Nakita , and I’m the heart behind Kita Support Services. I’m a proud Wiradjuri woman with over five years of experience in the aged care and disability support sectors. After working in community care for years, I started this business because I saw how much of a difference one caring, reliable support worker can make in someone’s life — and I wanted to offer that kind of help in my own way. I’m passionate about supporting people to feel safe, respected, and confident in their own homes and communities. Whether it’s helping around the house, getting out and about, or simply being someone you can count on, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, consistency, and heart.

Certificate iii Individual Support - Aging & Disability
I have completed my Certificate III in Individual Support, specialising in both Ageing and Disability. This qualification has provided me with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older adults and people living with disability. My training covered essential areas including personal care, manual handling, infection control, promoting independence and well-being, and supporting people from diverse backgrounds. Through a combination of classroom learning and practical placement, I gained valuable real-world experience in both residential and community settings. I am committed to providing care with empathy, respect, and a strong focus on dignity and improving quality of life.
2024-2024
Certificate IV - Aged Care
I have completed my Certificate IV in Ageing Support, which has deepened my ability to provide advanced, person-centred care to older individuals in both residential and community settings. This qualification built on my foundational skills by focusing on more complex care needs, leadership in aged care environments, and supporting clients with dementia and chronic conditions. I also gained experience in coordinating services, developing care plans, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. My training reinforced the importance of promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life, and strengthened my commitment to delivering compassionate, respectful, and professional support to older Australians.
